I am a software engineer in Seattle, Washington. My professional interests are in cyber-physical systems, a broad field encompassing industries like autonomous vehicles and UAVs. Basically, I like to write software that interacts directly with the physical world through some combination of sensors and controls.

Currently I work for Boeing Defense, Space and Security developing software for AEW&C Platforms. Prior to this role I spent two years with Boeing Research and Technology supporting automated wing assembly for the 777-9 in Everett, WA.

I grew up in Dallas and studied mechanical engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where I helped found the ME Undergraduate Advisory Board and published research on automated measurement of drilling mud viscosity. In December 2020 I completed a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering at The University of Washington.
